The exciting and vibarant community arts project,
Horse Fever, by MCA, needed a book to capture and preserve the energy of their project.
The first element was to design a format. A problem arouse with the location of each horse. While some were in picturesque settings, others were near parking lots and busy areas. The black and white background around the main horse image is created deliberately to neutralize any distracting visuals and focus the viewer's eye on the art of the horse. After weeks of photography and design, the finished book captures the history and heart of the project - Horse Fever.
